Vilhelm is an experienced investor within the fields of venture capital, private equity and as an angel investor.


Before Crosslight, Vilhelm was partner and head of Sweden at Axcel Private Equity for 12 years. As board member and owner Vilhelm has guided companies through strategic change journeys involving establishing a winning strategy, creating strong management teams and facilitating growth. Vilhelm has a vast experience of financing and mergers and acquisitions from positions at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Carnegie. Vilhelm holds a MSc in Finance and Business Administration from the Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki.

Anders is a seasoned investor and business builder with experience as founder, entrepreneur and owner of several businesses within the fields of venture capital and private equity and as an angel investor.

Most recently, Anders founded Blue as a globally recognized investment company focused on impact, with a special focus on water, food, health, renewable energy and circular business models. Anders is a sustainability leader with an extensive international network. He has hands-on experience from building and supporting growth strategies, as well as M&A experience from his background in investment banking. Anders holds a MSc in Business Administration from School of Business, Economics & Law at Gothenburg University
